Rhubarb Pie Recipe

Rhubarb is a bit sour and sometimes bitter in taste, it's a traditional green vegetable of the British land. This vegetable is also found in the northeastern part of America and in some parts of Canadian nation. The leaves of rhubarb contain oxalic acid in large quantities so only the stalk part is consumed.
